The PDR Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents and dings using paintless dent repair techniques, preserving the original factory finish when appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Perform paintless dent repair on eligible panels
  • Assess damage to determine PDR suitability
  • Use hand tools and lighting systems to restore panel shape
  • Maintain quality and consistency standards
R&I Technician (Remove and Installation)

The R&I Technician is responsible for removing and reinstalling vehicle components during the repair process to support structural, body, and refinishing work.

Responsibilities
  • Remove and reinstall exterior and interior components
  • Document removed parts and hardware
  • Support body and paint technicians during repairs
  • Follow established reassembly procedures
Body Technician

The Body Technician performs structural and body repairs following approved repair plans, restoring damaged panels and components after a collision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform body repairs using approved methods
  • Measure and align panels for proper fitment
  • Work with estimators and repair planners
  • Maintain shop safety and quality standards
Automotive Mechanic

The Automotive Mechanic performs mechanical inspections and repairs related to collision damage, ensuring affected systems function properly after repairs are completed.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose collision-related mechanical issues
  • Perform suspension, steering, or system repairs as needed

  • Document completed work
Painter (Automotive Painting)

The Automotive Painter is responsible for refinishing repaired panels, focusing on proper preparation, color matching, and finish consistency.
